Artisan Vendor Application

Before you fill out the application below, please review these important notes

  • *Family friendly products only. No tobacco products, knives, guns or related products. No political party products. No profanity.

  • *Spaces are assigned as they are received. $50 payment supplies just a space to sell your items. Extra fee of ($10) provides (1) 6 ft table.

  • *No items may be adhered to, hung from or leaned against the mirrors in the Grand Room. All set up must be contained within your 8’ x5’ space. Spaces will be clearly marked and laid out upon arrival.

  • *No WIFI supplied.

  • *No alcohol or drugs are permitted.

  • *Please plan to bring food/dinner with you, although a few vendors will have light refreshments.

  • *Please take all trash with you and leave the space as you found it.

  • **Please share, promote and let everyone you know about the event. Find the link to the event on our Calabrese Arts Facebook page, as well as on our website. Our goal is to get as many community members as we can to visit and participate…but we need YOUR help getting them here!

Calabrese Arts reserves the right to invite vendors exclusively, so that
YOU are the only one who does what YOU do in the room. Spaces will be filled on a first come, first
served basis. No refunds will be given after November 10, 2023. Set up will begin at 1:00 PM through
the double doors of the Grand Room (easy access from parking lot). All vendors must be set up and
ready to go by no later than 3:00 PM.

Optional: If you feel lead to donate a portion of your proceeds to Calabrese Arts, please display the
provided sign at your table (please pick up morning of). Donations are on the honors system and are not
required, but will be used to help fund programs to empower youth and enrich lives through music and
the arts. Please see Alyssa Hupchick with any questions or donations.
