Let go, get messy, and make something that’s entirely yours. In this creative journaling course, adults are invited to paint, draw, write, collage, or simply explore whatever inspires them. Each week, we’ll fill our journals with color, texture, and expression—no rules, no pressure, just creative freedom. This is a welcoming, judgment-free space for women to relax, connect, and rediscover the joy of making art from the heart.
