Service Description

Being a caregiver is rewarding and amazing, but often leaves you needing to fill your cup – and I’m not talking about that sippy cup, YOUR cup. As a mom of 4, I found this necessary and pivotal in feeling like a “better mom” because I felt better when I practiced! So whether you come with cheerios in your hair or yesterday’s outfit, I welcome you with open arms! Bring as many Littles are in your crew and unwind together in a fun, interactive workshop format. We will sing, move and play in a mindful way – always coming back to breath. While we have some mats for your Littles, bringing your own mat is encouraged. Tuition includes one adult and one child. Each addition child is $10

Cancellation Policy

If a registered camper is unable to attend camp, notification must be given to the Camp Director immediately in order to obtain a refund. Full refunds are given up to two weeks before the start of the camp session, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within the two weeks prior to the event are only refunded (minus the $50 processing fee) in cases of documented medical concern or death in the family. To obtain a refund, the Camp Director must be notified immediately of any accident or illness, followed within one week by a written request accompanied by a doctor’s excuse. No refunds will be made for any reason after the start of the camp event.
